Reddit has stopped working properly, with subreddits and posts.
The company confirmed on its status page that it was looking at issues experienced by users.
“We are currently investigating an issue with subreddit and post sites that fail to load,” she wrote on her website.
Reddit’s “error” graph, which tracks how many times it has been unable to meet a user’s request, also showed problems.
Despite the problems, many people still seemed to be able to upload at least some of the websites, and the issues seemed to be limited to certain users.
But even when the sites were up and running, they seemed extremely slow to load.
The site gets hundreds of millions of visitors every month, and so even the shortest or hottest problem right away can have a significant impact.
